Product Manufacturing and Product Testing
Modern
manufacturing and testing facilities are maintained to ensure functional
performance and application reliability. Regardless of the intended application of our products, our routine
testing of new materials and concurrent inspection of key characteristics
assures the part will perform as expected. Qualification and Quality
Conformance testing is done in strict conformance with MIL-DTL-7034 and
to referenced Standards and Specifications.

our ISO9001:2000 and AS9100 Rev. B registered and certified quality systems. Our processes
and systems are continually improved through modern quality management techniques. |
Our Product Warranty
Seller will replace free of charge, or issue credit at our discretion, within one year from the date of sale for any pulley, which in its judgment has failed due to defective materials or workmanship, provided it has been shown to have been properly mounted, adequately lubricated and not subject to abuse in operation or assembly. Such pulley must be returned to the factory, charges prepaid, with complete information as to application and service.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND SELLER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS. SELLER HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTINGENT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY EVENT.
